Hi Sean,
I can honestly say that this was the best experience of any type of financing we have done in the past (business/personal). Everything was true to the word...items
that I questioned were "put in writing" to the extent of my request to clarify. (To me if a company hestiates in putting something in writing to clarify - then I tend to no
use them - but I did not have a problem with Intercap doing any of this). Sean Balkman was truly remarkable and we know any financing we will do in the future that
we will MOST DEFINITELY use Sean and Intercap. He was very helpful in helping us determine certain things and he is EXTREMELY kNOWLEDGABLE, HONEST,
EAGER TO SATISFY ALL and made it easier than the "normal" refi. The fees were "a little bit less" than originally quoted. That does not happen as a rule. The
process with Sean Balkman made it a pleasure to do this with Intercap. Both my husband & I usually hate the whole process of financing...but in this case we did not.
They are a very good company to do business with and I do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.
So in answer to all of your questions - ABSOLUTELY YES.

believe that you saved me $400 each month! That is soooo awesome. I can’t believe how close your estimate was, either. You did a great job staying in touch with
me over the past couple of months. Even though I recently bought a house it helped having you walk me through the process as a refresher. This was a great
experience! I almost backed out when I thought it was too good to be true, but I’m thrilled that I stuck with it. I have truly enjoyed this experience and have already
been talking about you to my brother-in-law. I don’t know if you handle out of state financing, but if you have offices in Montana I think I can hook you up!
